Includes the insert that this is the Amended Version which is extremely rare to see. The Selective Service was amended after the attack on Pearl Harbor and declaration of war on Nazi Germany.Â
Very small bend in upper right hand corner, otherwise pristine and complete throughout. Please note any shadows in the images is from the scanner. Undoubtedly an unused copy.Â
