Cover is detached from binding, normal wear on front and back cover. Annotation on spine "Eastern Canada" hand written. Several pages with clippings pasted in, small clipping pasted on the back of the map, this was definitely a used copy. Contents are overall bright, clean, and excellent. Map is in absolutely perfect condition. Complete copy.
